一 |     8月26日，黄龙国家级风景名胜区管理局发布关于牦牛闯入黄龙景区五彩池事件的情况通报。    8月25日，网传牦牛闯入黄龙五彩池引发关注。我局立即组建专班开展处置核查，现将情况通报如下：     8月25日15时11分，景区巡护人员发现4头牦牛进入五彩池区域，随即温和引导驱离，15时22分牦牛全部离开该区域，无人员受伤，游览秩序正常。经核查，系上游禁牧围栏遭人为破坏所致，已向景区派出所报案，案件正在调查。    经地质专家现场评估：牦牛扰动造成局部水体短时浑浊，为短期可逆影响，水体藻类预计一周内恢复；钙华本体结构扰动轻微，轻微创面可通过自然沉积数月内完成修复。    此次事件暴露出管护工作存在短板，我们诚恳向公众致歉。下一步将全面排查防护设施，强化巡护值守，完善应急处置预案，严防同类事件重演。
